 William E.  Bradley 

Bill Bradley, Of Counsel to the firm, is a patent attorney and seasoned intellectual property litigator. He counsels clients in IP matters including licensing, sales, inventor’s rights, green technology, Internet privacy, sweepstakes law, domain name disputes (UDRPs), DMCA actions and IP valuation. Mr. Bradley works with start-up, small and Fortune 500 companies with niche practices in green technology and Internet commerce. He also has significant experience in patent appeals and reexaminations and trademark oppositions and cancellations before the USPTO.

Mr. Bradley’s experience with litigation matters include patent, trademark, trade dress, copyright, trade secret and antitrust claims. Patent technologies litigated include reverse transcriptase biotechnology, heterocyclic insecticidal chemical compounds, 3-D novelty glasses, GFCIs, smoke detectors, carbon dioxide detectors, linear bearings, radio broadcasting systems, computer architecture, extrusion molding, interconnection circuitry, laser eye surgery and medical devices. 

His experience in drafting patents is broad and includes chemical processes, filters, medical devices, paints, coatings, sound damping composites, cryogenics, metal refining, electrical connectors, radio antennas, photography applications, cameras, household consumer products, health supplements, lubricants, antiviral agents, drug testing, thermocyclers, water toxicity testing, groundwater sampling, laser etching, beverage containers, metal taps, LCD displays, biometric sensors, games, business methods and Internet applications.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bradley spent 13 years with two other law firms focusing on intellectual property. He also spent two years as a law clerk where he drafted patent applications and was involved in all aspects of prosecuting national and international patent applications.
