Brandon S. Bludau, a patent agent with the firm, has significant experience in the preparation and prosecution of domestic and foreign patents. Mr. Bludau also has experience in patent claim infringement analysis for freedom to operate opinions.
Mr. Bludau’s areas of expertise include telecommunications, mobile and wireless communications systems, electrical devices, computer and data security systems and methods, encryption methods and cryptography, including quantum cryptography. His clients include domestic, foreign and Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bludau worked as a patent examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, focusing on prior art for novelty of invention of patent applications in the fields of computer security and cryptography.
