 Matteo D.  Pedini 

Matteo D. Pedini, an associate of the firm, has experience in the preparation and prosecution of domestic and foreign electrical patents. Mr. Pedini renders opinions on matters related to patentability, validity and infringement.

Mr. Pedini’s areas of expertise include matters related to telecommunications, particularly mobile and networking devices and digital media. He also handles matters in the electrical fields of micro-systems and circuits, including antenna and electromagnetic systems.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Pedini served as an IP law clerk in Michigan for three years drafting domestic patent applications and office actions. Before his law career, he served as an electrical engineer for AFL Automotive Operations, where he assisted in the design of 42-volt electrical systems for hybrid high-voltage automobiles and heavy trucks.
