On March 12, 2007, Pure Fishing, Inc. submitted a judicial mandate to the USPTO canceling each of the collection of trademark registrations for STEALTH and STEALTH formatives and a copy of the order from the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals dismissing the appeal from the October 4, 2006 Final Judgement for want of prosecution.
